How to Return an Item
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as the order has not been packed or shipped.
- Once the order is dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible.
- Please ensure the item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all tags and packaging.

- Please include your order ID and billing email for faster processing.
Processing Refunds or Exchanges
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return is processed.
What If My Item Is Damaged or Defective?

- After inspection and approval, we will send a replacement within 3–5 business days.
