How to Return an Item

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as the order has not been packed or shipped.
  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible.
  • Please ensure the item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all tags and packaging.

Starting the Return Process

  • Please include your order ID and billing email for faster processing.

Processing Refunds or Exchanges

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return is processed.

What If My Item Is Damaged or Defective?
